One Pot Cheesy Taco Mac

This one-pot family-friendly meal starts with a box of KD and will have even your pickiest family members asking for an encore later the same week. FOR THE FUSSY

1 lb
lean ground beef
2
cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp
chili powder
1 cup
frozen corn
2 cups
water
1 pkg
(225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
1 cup
shredded Mexican cheese blend
OPTIONAL:
  • Sour cream
  • Tortilla chips
RECIPES
STEP 1
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to skillet with garlic and chili powder; cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Add corn, water and Macaroni; mix well.
STEP 2
Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 6 minutes or until macaroni is almost tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in cheese sauce mix.
STEP 3
Top with cheese; remove from heat. Cover and let stand 2 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed and cheese is melted.

fresh cilantro

RECIPE
Pico de Gallo:
Combine 2 plum tomatoes, chopped, ¼ cup finely chopped red onion and 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with your taco mac, along with sliced avocado, sliced green onions and sliced fresh or pickled jalapenos.

Miracle Whip Original Spread
¼ tsp
lime zest
1 tbsp
lime juice
2 tsp
Sriracha
RECIPE
Sriracha-Lime Crema:
Combine ¼ cup Miracle Whip Original Spread, ¼ tsp lime zest, 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tsp sriracha until smooth.
Drizzle over taco mac.
